Chinese Characters for Kids – Families

Flashcard is an important tool in our Chinese lessons for kids. It can not only arouse kids’ interest in learning the language, but help them memorize faster and remember longer, especially when it comes to Chinese characters.

When kids start learning Chinese writing, they need to know that Chinese characters are written in a shape of square, therefore they are known as "square-shaped characters". Each Chinese character consists of various strokes formed by different dots or lines as the basic components.
